We offer a fixed fee initial meeting to understand the nature of the issues and to give you initial generic advice. The cost of this appointment is £150.00 Plus VAT.
Fixed Divorce Fees.
Applicant: to deal with issuing the divorce application, submitting the application for the conditional order and applying for the final Order. This does not include the fees to deal with the financial matters associated with the separation. £750.00 Plus VAT and Plus Court fee (currently £593.00).
Respondent – To deal with the divorce. This does not cover the financial matters associated with the separation. £350.00 Plus VAT.
Financial Matters in respect of divorce
To deal with financial Consent Order the matter will be charged at the following hourly rates:
